There are those that predict the end of the world on December 21, 2012 based on the calculations of the ancient Mayan calendar and noted seers such as Nostradamus and others. I am flabbergasted to recently read that due to a conflagration between the Julian and the Gregorian calendars that the end time of 2012 is actually, gulp, December 21, 2010! When one observes the astronomical data for both dates, one can easily see that a that the full moon, a lunar eclipse and the Winter Solstice are occurring simultaneously in a few hours and that no such powerful planetary alignment occurs on 12/12/12. So if the early morning show is the end or just the beginning of an end, I will be watching with anxious anticipation. Good luck in the new era. Peace on Earth, Good will toward All!
